About PC Doctor
Since 1995, the friendly staff at PC Doctor have been dedicated to helping individuals, families, organizations and businesses in Kamloops. We have grown with our community and its needs: Three years after starting as a home-based business, PC Doctor moved to a location downtown and began offering computer training and rentals. In June 2001, PC Doctor expanded into its first storefront location, called PC Doctor’s Digital CafĆ©. Later, PC Doctor moved to the North Shore, focusing on customer service and sales for both home-based users, and enterprise level clients. We keep up with today’s fast paced business world by maintaining industry standard certifications, and offer convenient remote and mobile computer support.

I called in the shop last week on Tuesday or Wednesday and The Guy on the phone, his name was Lucas I believe and he helped me fix my computer that has been giving me hassle for the past few weeks. My computer wouldn’t turn on after the new windows update and he said that my windows may be corrupt so I did a fresh reinstall of it and it worked! PC Doctor is a great place and helped me really fast and got straight to the point. Fantastic Customer Service. Thanks š

Best computer shop in Kamloops! I had spilled water on my laptop and these guys checked it out quickly and for no cost (because it needed no repairs). They even helped me after closing time (because I had an exam the next day). Honestly the best experience I have ever had in any shop.

Hard drive fried in my laptop, was worried they wouldn’t be able to get all my data (pictures, music ranging all the way back to 2010, business documents) off the laptop. I recently got caught in an online scam that gave access to my 2 laptops by an unwanted 3rd party . As someone who has a business that relies on having secure, operating computers, a set back can be costly. To get a 2nd opinion on my situation, I dropped into PC Doctor on the north shore in Kamloops and had a conversation with Rolf, the head technician (and someone that I’ve called upon for my computer needs a few times in the last 7 years).
Rolf confirmed my worst fears and I agreed to take my laptops in for repair… Rolf promised both laptops back in a couple of days and gave me a minimum and maximum price… I am pleased to say that the repairs were done on time and at the minimum cost estimate… and I lost a minimum amount of precious time at my business.
